This application under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 13.02.2020 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Phulbani in Criminal Appeal No. 08 of 2019 directing to deposit 20% compensation amount i.e. Rs.1,70,000/- before the learned S.D.J.M., Phulbani in civil deposit head.

Mr. S. Behera, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the petitioner is suffering from financial problems, he could not comply with the order. He wants to withdraw the application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. and approach the learned Sessions Judge, Phubani with prayer for extension of time to deposit the said amount. 3.

Considering the above submission, the CRLMC application is disposed of as withdrawn. If any such application is filed the same shall be considered sympathetically but in accordance with law. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
