This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to restore power supply to her premises.

Learned counsel submits that the premises of the Petitioner has been supplied with power supply vide Consumer No. 80030222584. Due to non-payment of electricity bill, power supply has been disconnected. The Petitioner has school going children and due to disconnection of power supply, they are suffering a lot. It is submitted that the Petitioner is ready and willing to deposit the arrear amount and in that event power supply to the premises of the Petitioner may be restored forthwith.

Taking into consideration the innocuous nature of the prayer made by the Petitioner, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction that on payment of arrear electricity dues along with certified copy of this order, power supply to the premises of the Petitioner shall be restored following due

// 2 // formalities, within a period of seven days therefrom, if there is no legal impediment.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
