This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This RPFAM has been filed assailing order dated 4th February, 2020 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Khordha in Cr.P. No.362 of 2018.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the RPFAM and he files a memo to that effect, which is taken on record.
