This writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner apprehending seizure of his truck bearing registration No.OD04-N-4686 by the financer (Opposite Party Nos.1 and 2). 3.

It is submitted by Mr. Moharana, learned counsel for the Petitioner that in the meantime the vehicle of the Petitioner has been seized by the financier. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to file a fresh application with better particulars.
