This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

(Virtual/Physical Mode).

This interlocutory application has been filed by the Petitioner for modification of the order dated 15.12.2022 passed by this Court in the aforesaid bail application. 3.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that inadvertently it has been mentioned "ABLAPL No.7250 of 2022" in the 3rd and 4th paragraphs of the bail application instead of "ABLAPL No.7263 of 2022". As such, the same may be corrected.

Considering such submission, the prayer is allowed. Accordingly, correction be carried out in the order dated 15.12.2022.

So far as the extension of time to surrender of the Petitioner before the Court in seisin over the matter is concerned, the time to surrender of the Petitioner is extended to another four weeks from today.

I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
