Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite parties to consider their representation and take necessary steps in compliance of the direction of this Court to finalize the selection and publish the select list in terms of the letter dated 13.04.2010 of the Director, Elementary Education, Odisha forthwith.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioners have made representation to opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-8 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time taking into consideration Annexures-6 series and 7, to which learned State Counsel has no objection.

As agreed by the learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioners
vide Annexure-8 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law taking into consideration Annexures-6 series and 7 within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order.
