This Writ Petition involves an innocuous prayer for early Order No.

disposal of the R.P. Case No.1890 of 2014.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner and looking to the innocuous prayer made in this Writ Petition, this Court while expressing its anxiety for the pendency of the R.P. Case No.1890 of 2014 for over more than seven years, directs the Commissioner, Consolidation and Settlement, Odisha, Bhubaneswar to see disposal of the R.P. Case No.1890 of 2014 at least within a period of four months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner. 3.
