This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Mr. Umakant Sahoo learned counsel submits that he has already filed the vakalatanama on behalf of the Informant on 21.11.2022. The same be traced and tagged with the record. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Informant.

The Petitioner is accused in T.R Case No.29 of 2022, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Court under POCSO Act, Nayagarh, arising out of Daspalla P.S. Case No.222 of 2021, for commission of offence under Sections 376-AB/341/323/506/34 IPC and Section 6 of the POCSO Act.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned A.D.J.-cum-Special Judge under POSCO Act, Nayagarh, by order dated 29.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Considering that the trial is at the fag end, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application at this stage. 7.

Accordingly, BLAPL stands rejected.
