The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite party no.1 to make allotment/sanction of requisite fund for release of arrear salary, differential arrear salary and incremental arrear, as has been sought by opposite party no.2 in letter dated 26.02.2011 under Annexure-6 and by opposite party no.3 in letter dated 29.11.2012 under Annexure-7 within a stipulated time. He further seeks direction to opposite parties no. 2 and 3 to make disbursement of the same in her favour within a stipulated time.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already made representation before opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-8, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time taking into consideration Annexures-6 and 7, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection. 4.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, without

expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing opposite party no.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner under Annexure-8 taking into consideration Annexures-6 and 7, and pass a reasoned and speaking order as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
