Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to set aside the order dated 19th June, 2018 (Annexure-6) passed by learned Cooperative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar in TA No.44 of 2017. In the said Appeal, the Petitioner has been arrayed as Respondent No.2 and due to non-appearance of the Appellant, namely, Managing Director, Odisha State Cooperative Bank, Bhubaneswar (represented by its Branch Manager, Rourkela Branch), the appeal was dismissed for default. 3.

Since the order was passed in the year 2018 and the writ petition is filed on 28th September, 2022 without explaining the delay together with the fact that the Petitioner is no way aggrieved by the said order, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition.
