Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

Considering the fact that the impugned order can also be challenged before the Court of Sessions, this Court is not inclined to entertain the same. This CRLREV therefore disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to agitate his grievance by filing an appropriate application before the Court of Sessions within a period of two weeks. If such an application is filed, the same shall be considered in accordance with law. If any interim application is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be considered expeditiously by the Court of Sessions in view of the time stipulation fixed by the learned Magistrate in the impugned order.
