1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. L.K. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. N.N. Sata pathy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Opp. Parties.

3. The Petitioner has filed the present writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(a) The Original Application be allowed;

(b) The Respondent No.2 be directed to count the period of service of the Applicant from 1.2.06 to 3.3.91 towards fixation of his seniority in the gradation list of Jr.SES Teacher; (c) The Respondents be directed to re-fix the seniority of the Applicant after counting the aforesaid period and revise the gradation list of Jr.SES Teacher dt.25.6.2018; (d) The Respondents be directed to consider the case of applicant for promotion to Sr. SES cadre after counting the aforesaid period towards seniority;

(e) Such other order/orders be passed granting complete relief to the applicant."

4. It is submitted that the claim as made in the writ Petition has been recommended by the O.P. No. 3 to the O.P. No. 2 vide his

// 2 // letter dtd.10.08.2018 under Annexure-5. It is further submitted that even though the same has been recommended since 07.08.2018 till date O.P. No. 2 is not taking any action on the same.

5. In view of that this Court while disposing the writ Petition, directs the O.P. No. 2 to take a lawful decision on the recommendation made by the O.P. No. 3 on 10.08.2018 under Annexure-5 within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner within that time.

6. The writ Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and directions.
