Heard Mr. B.K. Parida, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A.R. Dash, learned Additional Government Advocate.

According to Mr. Parida, the petitioner is aggrieved by the non-disposal of Khasmal Lease Case No.1979 of 2007 pending before the opposite party Nos.2 & 3. Accordingly, he prays that a direction be issued to the said opposite parties to take a decision on the same within a stipulated time period. 4.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the Collector, Cuttack and the Tahasildar, Sadar Cuttack, opposite party Nos.2 & 3 respectively to dispose of the above noted case in accordance with law within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of

// 2 // this order, if there is no other impediment and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner. 5.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted proper application.
