Heard Mr. R.N. Behera, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S. S. Kanungo, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party No.3-Tahasildar, Kamakhyanagar, Dhenkanal to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 28.07.2022 under Annexure-3.

This being the limited grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.3 to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner under Section 8-A of the OPLE Act under Annexure-3 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of communication of the order Arun (DR.
