This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The Petitioner is accused in T.R Case No.556 of 2021, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge (POCSO)-cum-Addl. Sessions Judge, Bhubaneswar, arising out of Tangi P.S. Case No.515 of 2021, for commission of offence under Sections 376(3)/376(2)(f)(1) IPC and Section 6 of the POCSO Act and is in custody since 23.12.2021. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Special Judge (POCSO)-cum-Addl. Sessions Judge, Bhubaneswar, by order dated 15.09.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.

Considering the progress of trial, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application at this stage. 6.

Accordingly, BLAPL stands rejected.
