The Petitioner alleges that even after filing of a demarcation proceeding and making necessary payment, vide Annexure-4, the proceeding is neither registered nor any action shown on the rquest of the Petitioner.

This Court without entering into any controversy herein disposes of the matter directing O.P.3 to register the Application filed along with deposit under Annexure-4 forthwith and undertake the demarcation exercise but however involving the parties likely to be affected by completing the entire exercise within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.
