Smt. Sasmita Bhardwaj, the petitioner no.1 is present in person in Court today and she produced the xerox copy of the Aadhaar Card and Voter Identify Card in proof of her identity which are taken on record.

This application has been filed by the petitioners under Section 407 of Cr.P.C. for transfer of Criminal Proceeding No.89 of 2018 filed by the petitioners under Section 125 Cr.P.C., in the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Puri, to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar.

The petitioner no.1 submits that Criminal Proceeding No.89 of 2018 has in the meanwhile been dismissed for default, for which this TRP(C) has become infructuous and she submits that she will take steps for restoring the Criminal Proceeding and thereafter, file a fresh application for transfer.

In view of the above development, the TRP(C) is disposed of as infructuous.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
