This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Perused the letter dated 20.04.2023.

It appears that altogether 12 witnesses have been examined out of total 19 prosecution witnesses. A prayer has been made to extend the time by six more months.

However, considering the fact that only 7 more witnesses for examining, this Court extend the time by further a period of four months learned court in seisin over the matter is requested to make every endeavor with conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible.
