ORDER

10.10.2022 Order No.

This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3.

This writ petition has been filed challenging the notice of eviction issued by the opposite parties.

4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that without rehabilitating the petitioner, the opposite parties have issued the notice of eviction.

5.

Fact remains if the petitioner is in unauthorized occupation of the government land, then steps in accordance with law should be taken and as such if the notice of eviction has been issued, it is open to the petitioner to file objection before the appropriate authority who shall consider the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law. The order so passed is also appealable and revisable one.

6.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Arun (DR. B.R. SARANGI, J.)
