This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

On instruction, learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that till date no F.I.R. has been registered. As such, there is no apprehension of arrest of the Petitioner.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of as maintainable. However, it is directed that in the event any F.I.R. is registered, the Arresting Officer shall follow the mandatory provision of Section 41-A of Cr.P.C.
