This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

This is an application under Section 438, Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioners for anticipatory bail, involving offence punishable under Sections 341/294/323/379/506/34, I.P.C.

Considering the nature of the allegation and the facts of the case, it is directed that, in the event of arrest in connection with Bolagarh P.S. Case No.238 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1587 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Khurda, the Petitioners shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as the Arresting Officer shall deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, but subject to verification of criminal antecedents of the Petitioners. In the event it

// 2 // is found that there is more than one criminal antecedents of similar nature against the present Petitioners, then this bail order shall stand automatically revoked.

The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
