This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the letter dated 09.02.2015 under Annexure-12 and to issue direction to opposite parties to issue appointment order against Group-C post on compassionate ground as per the provisions of OCS (RA) Rules, 1990 within a stipulated time. 3.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-14 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection. 4.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, however, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing opposite party no.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure14, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production/communication of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
