2. Heard Mr. Routray, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner in the Interim Application and Mr. Ranjit Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner/O.P. in the I.A..

3. This is an application for recalling of the order dtd.13.10.2022.

4. Considering the grounds taken in the Interim Application, while confirming the order dtd.13.10.2022, it is observed that O.P. No. 2 while taking a decision on the claim of the Petitioner as directed by this Court in its order dtd.13.10.2022 shall also give an opportunity of hearing to the Private O.P. No. 4/Petitioner in the I.A.

4. The order dtd.13.10.2022 is modified accordingly.

5. I.A. is disposed of.
