It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is analogous to W.P.(C) No. 5839 of 2020 (State of Odisha and others v. Rabi Padhiary), which was dismissed on 13.09.2022.

Therefore, in view of the reasons stated in the order dated 13.09.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 5839 of 2020 (State of Odisha and others v. Rabi Padhiary), this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said order.
