Heard learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submission and on going through the materials as placed as well as nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances and in the absence of any such other impediment; it is directed that in the event of arrest of the Petitioner in Gram Ganjam P.S. Case No.125 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.576 of 2020 pending in the court of the learned S.D.J.M., Chatrapur, he shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as the Arresting Officer may deem just and proper with further conditions that he shall cooperate with the investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation.

The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
