The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to consider her grievance relating to giving her service status from the date of appointment order issued in favour of the candidates whose name finds place at a lower position in comparison to the petitioner verified re-select list keeping in view the decision of the tribunal in Annexure-10 affirmed by this Court in Annexure-11, along with all consequential service and financial benefit within a stipulated time.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner may be permitted to file a fresh representation before the opposite party no.1 highlighting the grievances, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time taking into consideration Annexures-10 and 11.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, but, however, without expressing any opinion on the merits
of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of with the direction that in case the petitioner, with regard to the grievance made in this petition, files a fresh comprehensive representation before the opposite party no.1 within 15 days hence, the same shall be considered by the said authority taking into consideration Annexures-10 and 11, and pass a reasoned and speaking order as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation along with the certified copy of this order.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
