1. The Petitioner's representation (Annexure-2) be considered by the Tahasildar, Balipal (Opposite Party No.3) and after issuing notice to them and giving them a hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed not later 3rd April, 2023. The said order shall be communicated to the parties within a week thereafter. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits.
