Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

From the pleadings as well as submission of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court finds petitioner has a representation on the self same issue vide Annexure-2 pending before the Collector, Puri-opposite party no.2. Keeping in view the issue pending before the Collector, Puri, opposite party no.2, this matter stands disposed of directing the Collector, Puri to take decision, as appropriate, on the application of the petitioner at least within a period of three months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioner but, however, providing opportunity of hearing to the parties likely to be affected. Further copy of the writ petition be served on Mr.Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate for communication purpose. 4.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner
