Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. For the nature of Order No.

allegation, this Court looking to the direction part in the order dated 18.01.2021 available at page-13 of the brief, finds no contempt application lies in the circumstance. At this stage of the matter, Mr.Satpathy, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the Contempt petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach under appropriate application.
