Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition involves the following prayer :- "It is therefore the Petitioner most humbly prays your Lordship would be gracious and pleased enough in the aforesaid fact and circumstances may kindly issue a writ of mandamus, certiorari or, any suitable form of writ directing the Opp.Party No.3 to disposed of the Revenue Misc. Case under Annexure-7 series pending since 1.01.2022 and consequent upon directing Opp.Party No.2 to register the document sought for permission under Annexure-1 series."

Considering the argument on the basis of the first request involving the prayer for early disposal of Revenue Misc. Case No.4/2022 pending since 11.1.2022, this Court directs O.P.3 to find if such proceeding is pending before him and show final outcome involving the Parties likely to be affected as well as the present Petitioner at least within a period of three months from the date of

// 2 // communication of this order. The second prayer involved herein since dependent on the outcome in the Revenue Misc. Case No.4/2022 is declined to be entertained at this stage. 4.
