This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the ABLAPL No.12795 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 30.09.2022 granting bail to the petitioner but in 3rd line of paragraph4, the name of the court has been wrongly mentioned as "J.M.F.C., Tigiria" instead of "J.M.F.C., Patrapur". Hence, modification has been prayed for.

Accordingly, it is directed that in the 3rd line of paragraph-4 of the order dated 30.09.2022 it be mentioned as "J.M.F.C., Patrapur" in place of "J.M.F.C., Tigiria", rest part of the order shall remain intact.

Four weeks' further time from today is extended for the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below, vide order dated 30.09.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.12795 of 2022. 6.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
