This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This I.A has been filed by the Petitioner for modification of the order dated 21.10.2022.

Since learned Court in seisin over the matter has rejected the application because of the stipulation relating to criminal proclivity, this Court is not inclined to entertain this I.A.

Accordingly, the I.A stands dismissed.

5.

Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to renew his prayer for bail before the learned Court in seisin.

6.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the similarly circumstanced co-accused has already been released on bail. 7.

If such contention is advanced, learned Court in seisin shall taken into account the same while disposing of the bail application of the Petitioner.
