Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 20th May, 2022 (Annexure-3) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Baripada, Mayurbhanj in IA No.25 of 2021 (arising out of CP No.343 (T) of 2021.

In course of hearing, Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition seeking liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars. 4.

Granting such liberty, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Certified copy of Annexure-3 be returned to learned counsel for the Petitioner on being substituted with attested photocopy thereof.
