Since the petitioner has filed this writ petition in apprehension of eviction of his unauthorized occupation from the government land, in course of hearing learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to ventilate his grievance before the appropriate authority in accordance with law. 4.
