Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.

Considering the grievance and for the petitioner in approaching the writ court straightway and for the demand requiring heavy amount to be paid within a period of seven days of the notice, for the opinion of this Court, in spite of approaching this Court, in the event the petitioner had any objection to such demand, the same ought to have been raised before the competent authority for consideration.

Be that as it may, since the petitioner has bonafidely approaching this Court and time stipulated therein not lapsesd, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the petitioner to submit his response before the Block Development Officer, Bhapur-opposite party no.3 pursuant to Annexure-1 at lest within a period of three working days, in such event the opposite party no.3 is directed to take a decision on the same at least within a period of three weeks thereafter but, however, involving the petitioner. Till a decision on the objection of the petitioner is taken, there shall be no coercive action against the petitioner. (Biswanath Rath) Judge sks
