04. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard Mr. P.K. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. D.K. Mohanty, learned ASC appearing for the Opp. Parties.
3. From the compliance affidavit filed by the O.P. No. 4 it is found that the order passed by the learned Tribunal on 19.05.2017 has been complied with by passing of an order dtd.24.11.2022.
4. In view of the same and since the order dtd.19.05.2017 has already been complied with, the Contempt Petition is treated as dropped. However, if the Petitioner is aggrieved by any condition as contained in the order dtd.24.11.2022, he is at liberty to file fresh application, if any.
5. The Contempt Petition is disposed of.
