1. The matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. Order No.
2. The Petitioners' representation dated 30th August, 2020 (Annexure-11) shall be examined by the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Rengali Right Canal, Darpan Division, Dhenkanal (Opposite Party No.5) after issuing notice to the Petitioners and after giving them opportunity of hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 4th April, 2022. The said order be made available to the Petitioners not later than 11th April, 2022. If aggrieved by such order, it will be open to the Petitioners to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter.
3. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
4. As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March 2020, modified by Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
