1. This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode.
2. The bid of the petitioner for renting out an available space in the Eastern Block of Arunodaya Market Complex was rejected by the Cuttack Development Authority, leading to the petitioner filing W.P.(C) No.12784 of 2019, which was disposed of vide order dated 26th July, 2019 with a direction to the Competent Authority to dispose of the pending representations of the petitioner in accordance with law preferably within a period of four weeks.
3. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for un-conditional withdrawal of the present contempt. He has also filed a Memo dated 21st March, 2022 to that effect. The memo be kept on record.
