Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Considering the innocuous prayer this Court while deprecating the manner of drafting of a Writ Petition, however, to avoid further loss of time of the Court, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition observes in the event the R.C. Case No.2690 of 2003 is pending before the Commissioner of Land Records & Settlement, Cuttack, Board of Revenue as of now, hearing of which may be expedited and concluded at least within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner.

The Writ Petition thus stands disposed of.
