Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State- Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- " This Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to the Opposite Party No.2 for disbursement of unutilized Leave Salary of the petitioner who retired on superannuation on 30.06.2020 and further the security deposit @ Rs.50/- per month from 16.11.1990 to 17.11.2009 be disbursed to him under Annexure-5 & 6 and to quash Departmental Proceeding No.3242 / TDCOOL dtd.24.05.1995 under Annexure-1 for the interest of justice".

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioner is directed to make fresh representation before the Opposite Party No.2 by enclosing all the relevant

// 2 // documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of one week hence.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the Opposite Party No.2 shall do well to dispose of the representation within a period of one month. The decision so taken by the Opposite Party No.2 be communicated to the Petitioner within that time. 6.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
