On the selfsame issue, there appears, a proceeding under Section 133 of Cr.P.C. is pending before Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Balasore, Opposite Party No.5. In such event Opposite Party No.5 is directed to show finality to such proceeding however involving the parties likely to be affected, preferably within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner. 2.

The Writ Petition thus stands disposed of.
