This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/ physical) mode.

The Petitioner having been implicated in connection with Itamati P.S. Case No.107 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.432 of 2021 pending on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Nayagarh running for the alleged commission of offence under section-498A/302/304-B/34 of the IPC read with Section-4 of the D.P. Act, has filed this application under Section-438 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of her arrest in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the nature of accusations as those emanate from the materials on record;

further keeping in view the other surrounding circumstances; I do not find it to be a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner.

The ABLAPL is accordingly dismissed.

Interim order passed on 01.11.2021 does no more survive. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
