On the own submission and pleading of the petitioner, this Court finds this matter involves private issue between the petitioner and the opposite party no.3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner wants to get a writ of mandamus through this Court to score grudge against the private opposite party no.3. This Court finds it is not a forum in resolving the dispute between the petitioner and opposite party no.3. This Court therefore rejects the writ petition.
