Perused the letter dated 20.12.2023 of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Patnagarh addressed to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court seeking extension of time to conclude the trial in Sessions Case No.51 of 2021.

On perusal of the difficulties expressed in the aforesaid letter, this Court grants further six months time to the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Patnagarh to conclude the trial in Sessions Case No.51 of 2021.
