Without entering into controversy raised herein in the matter of non-registration of a demarcation case, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition observes in the event such application is already there as appearing through Annexure-4, same should be registered and final outcome should be shown involving such issue further involving parties likely to be affected at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner. 3.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
