This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner apprehending his arrest in Singla P.S. Case No.155 of 2018 registered for alleged commission of offences punishable under Sections 363, 366-A, 294, 506, 376-DA, 376(2)(n) read with Section 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 6 of the POCSO Act, has filed this petition for his release on pre-arrest bail.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

It appears that the Petitioner had earlier approached this Court vide ABLAPL Nos.2406 of 2020 and 3671 of 2021, which were dismissed vide order dated 23rd November, 2020 and 5th April, 2021 respectively. But, the Petitioner has come to this Court again for his release on pre-arrest bail on the ground that co-accused has already been released on bail.

Considering the facts and submissions made, especially the nature and gravity of the accusation, character of incriminating materials appearing against the Petitioner, circumstances in which he has been indicted in this case, I am not inclined to release the Petitioner on pre-arrest bail. 6.

Accordingly, the prayer for pre-arrest bail of the Petitioner stands rejected.
