Against rejection of the claim of the petitioner vide order dated 04.04.2019 under Annexure-3, which has been passed in compliance to the order dated 09.05.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 3120 of 2016, the petitioner has approached this Court in the present writ petition. 4.
Issue notice to the opposite parties.

Two extra copies of the writ petition be served on learned counsel for the State appearing for opposite party nos.1 and 2 within three days, for enabling him to obtain instruction and file counter affidavit. 6.
Requisites for issuance of notice to opposite party No.3 by registered post with A.D. be filed within three days. The notice be issued fixing short returnable date.
