Heard learned counsel for the parties.

During course of hearing, Mr. Parhi, learned DSGI submits that the petitioner has an alternative remedy under Section -34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 vis-à-vis the impugned order under Annexure-1.

In such background, Mr. Ghadei wants to withdraw this writ petition as he wants to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made, the writ petition is disposed of.
