1. Thus matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file fresh representation before the authority.
3. In that view of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn giving liberty to the Petitioner to file fresh representation before the authority within a period of fifteen days from today. On such event, the authority shall consider the representation of the Petitioner within a period of one month from the date of presentation of the fresh representation along with a copy of this order and a copy of the Writ Petition.
