Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

This Review Petition has been filed against the order dated 22.11.2017 passed in O.A. No.2575 (C) of 2013. 4.

Considering the grounds taken in the Petition, this Court finds no ground to recall / review the order dated 22.11.2017. Even though it was argued that the amount directed to be refunded was not the subject matter in Departmental Proceeding No.383 dtd. 30.03.1995, but copy of the said memorandum is not annexed to the Review Petition.

Therefore, in absence of any materials filed by the Review Petitioner for modification / review of the order dated 22.11.2017, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Review Petition.
